SPORTS AND ATHLETIC MASSAGE

This type of massage is great for serious athletes as well as weekend warriors.  We like to think of Sports Massage as a sister to Deep Tissue Massage and Therapeutic Massage. As they both use firm pressure and focus on the deeper muscles and connective tissue (in the body) to get optimal results.  Sports Massage therapy also includes stretching and often focuses on a specific part of the body that needs the most attention.
